2024 Portrait Session Pricing

• $150: Sunflower & Farm Minis, 30 mins, for up to 6 people; $200 for 6+; 10 digital, hand-edited images
• $250: Senior/Individual Special Occasion (birthday, newborn, athlete etc.) One location. Time frame: 60-90 mins
• $350: Family/Special Occasion (engagement, event) sessions for up to six people/pets Time frame: 60-90 mins

• Wedding Packages start at $850. For a quote, please send a message or call/text Polly at 330-998-3214 with your date, site information and services desired. Videography, a second photographer, and album design also available.
• Other special occasion/portrait packages are also available. Contact Polly with your date, site information and services desired for a quote.

Terms:

• A $50 deposit is requested prior to the start of most photo sessions ($250 for weddings). This deposit can be paid here on zenfolio, via check, cash, Venmo or or paypal. Deposits may be transferred to a future session upon request.   ​​
• The remaining session balance must be paid at the time the photos are delivered, and can be paid in the same manner as indicated above. Your photos will be shared electronically after the balance is paid.

• Your investment in a portrait session includes:
  1. One location. A second location can be added for a negotiated additional fee, based on drive/session time, distance, and whether the second session will be on the same day or at a later date.
  2. Outfit changes/prop use within the agreed upon time frame
  3. A guaranteed minimum of 35 (10 for minis), high-resolution, hand-edited digital images, including minor cropping, lighting edits and touch-ups. In-depth edits to blemishes, scars, background elements etc. available upon request but may require an additional fee. Special editing requests/preferences must be communicated prior to the start of editing. In-depth edits may involve additional fees. 
  4. A digital gallery of all of your images accessible by password and/or link.
  5. Photos can also be saved on a jump drive or CD upon request for an additional $15 fee.
  6. A photo release granting full access to sharing and printing of all your images if needed,
  7. Prints and photo products can be ordered directly through this Web site via your client gallery! My Web site links directly with mpix, which offers great prices on on a variety of photo products.
  8. I also personally order from shutterfly when that site is running specials, and can assist with use of and ordering from that site as well.
  9. Printing support, design assistance and advanced editing of images can be provided upon request for an additional, mutually-agreed-upon fee.
